<title>Bravo Purchases Seven Taco Bells!</title>

<description>Bravo Food Group acquired seven additional Taco Bell restaurants, all located in the Space Coast section of Florida.  These stores included Long John Silver&apos;s and Pizza Hut Express co-branded units.  The stores were acquired from Taco Bell Corporate.

Bravo now operates 25 restaurants in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.  The operations team is headed by Morteza Amirkhani and is outstanding, having won numerous recognitions from its franchisors.

<title>SB Partners Returns 2.7x Investment</title>

<description>SB Partners sold its stock in Mississippi Restaurant Holdings (MRH), the franchisor of McAlister&apos;s Deli restaurants.  SB Partners invested $3.9 million in MRH in February, 2004.  Dave Shryock, general partner of SB Partners, joined the MRH Board and remained on the Board until July, 2005 when SB Partners sold its MRH stock.  The stock sale enabled SB Partners to return $10.6 million to its limited partners: SB Partners made 2.7 times its investment in just under eighteen months.</description>
